Overview
Seeking an experienced B2B Marketing & Event Manager to drive CXO engagement, ABM campaigns, and high-impact events. This role involves end-to-end event execution, account-based marketing program management, and cross-functional collaboration to support sales and marketing efforts.
 
Key Responsibilities
CXO Engagement & Event Execution

  • Develop and execute high-impact CXO events that drive meaningful conversations and pipeline acceleration.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics: venue selection, speaker coordination, agenda planning, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Track and report on event effectiveness, aligning with pipeline and revenue goals.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Management
  • Collaborate with Sales and ABM teams to design and execute targeted campaigns for top-tier accounts.
  • Develop personalized messaging, content, and offers tailored to key accounts.
  • Track, measure, and optimize ABM performance using data-driven insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Segment Marketing, and Product Demand Marketing to align CXO and ABM initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness and key account engagement.
Event & Administrative Management
  • Manage event logistics: shipping, vendor coordination, onsite services, catering, staffing, and communications.
  • Execute PO creation, contract management, budget tracking, and payment processing.
  • Create Salesforce campaigns, ensuring lead uploads and post-event follow-ups within SLAs.
  • Research promotional items, sponsorship opportunities, and swag inventory management.
  • Provide event performance insights through regular reporting to stakeholders.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4-5 years in B2B marketing, event management, and ABM, preferably in cybersecurity or technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, event management platforms (e.g., Knak, Splash), and Google Sheets.
  • Strong project management, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing high-profile events and CXO engagement programs.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline tracking and marketing analytics.
 
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with InfoSec reviews, budgeting, and vendor onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining a high level of detail.
