We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Senior Fraud Analyst for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:Job Description:
- Reduce the cost of fraud and build solutions to protect our platform from would-be fraudsters.
- You’ll specifically be focused on creating our strategy and executing against ambitious goals around new business lines.
- Become a point person for understanding user behavior that suggests fraud.
- Monitor eCommerce transactions for suspicious activity and potential fraud patterns.
- Conduct investigations on fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, and account takeovers.
- Utilize fraud detection tools and machine learning models to enhance risk assessment.
- You'll investigate cases of fraud and brainstorm solutions to reduce fraud in the long-term.
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills; proficiency in SQL and expertise in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets/sheets) are required.
- US Citizenship or Green Card are required for this role.
