We’re urgently hiring a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support a leading manufacturing company in Tampa, FL. This 6-month hybrid contract starts ASAP and offers a competitive rate of $42–$45/hr.

Position Overview:
You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for salaried and hourly roles across manufacturing, engineering, and corporate functions. You’ll also partner with leadership on strategic hiring, candidate pipeline development, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and technical roles (e.g., service techs, maintenance techs)

Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and manage expectations

Source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS (SmartRecruiters), CRM, and other recruiting tools

Provide a top-tier candidate experience while promoting DE&I hiring practices

Manage recruiting KPIs, SLAs, and data reporting in ATS
Qualifications:

7+ years of full-cycle corporate recruitment experience

Experience recruiting for manufacturing roles and hourly workforce

Must have worked in a professional, corporate environment

Proven ability to influence and consult with hiring managers

Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean, ATS/CRM, etc.)

Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus
