Overview
We’re looking for a strategic, tech-savvy, and highly organized Channel Support Contractor to join our Go-To-Market Product Marketing team. This role is focused on supporting small-to-medium-sized business (SMB) communications and marketing strategies across a variety of platforms. You'll collaborate across multiple internal teams to help drive awareness, adoption, and engagement of business products and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product & Marketing teams to promote new products and feature enhancements
- Support B2B communications for tools such as Pre-Qual, Pay Later, D2D, MSF, and Business Center
Strategic Program Support
- Assist in launching B2B initiatives across segments like SMS, Spanish-language support, SBS, and Easy Access tools
- Collaborate with campaign managers to execute educational campaigns and measure effectiveness
Digital Platform Management
- SMB Websites: Test, validate, and support content on platforms including SMB portals, Welcome sites, and Help hubs
- Ad Tools: Lead intake, prioritization, testing, and approvals for digital assets via tools like Ad Wizard
- Reporting: Generate and distribute performance reports on campaign usage, engagement, and point-of-purchase effectiveness
Personalization & Optimization
- Execute cross-site personalization campaigns
- Manage content campaigns and help map digital journeys for business partners
- Work with analytics teams to optimize messaging, budget allocation, and digital engagement strategies
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (preferably within financial services or digital tools)
- Familiarity with SMB marketing strategies, digital channel management, and campaign execution
- Working knowledge of:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Adobe Analytics
- Dynamic Yield
- Workfront
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
